Reservation Policy SEE OUR DEPOSIT and REFUND POLICIES Reservations may be made at anytime throughout the year for any weekend of camping from May 1st through Sept. 30th. All reservations are processed by phone only 8am-8pm, no internet or fax orders. During winter months you may leave a message and we return phone calls within 24 hours. A reservation should be made if you have a particular site that you like, and want to be sure it's available. From the Memorial Day through Labor Day, reservations are strongly suggested for all weekends. We are always booked full for the Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day Holidays. For those Holidays we require three night minimum reservations, and they should be finalized at least two weeks prior to the holiday. If you are camping with a group of two or more families, and want adjoining sites, early reservations are very important. Reservations are not final until the first night deposit is received for each site requested. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover, the transactions are posted the day of the reservation. Checks are accepted until 2 weeks before your arrival date. Declined credit cards, late or returned checks will void a reservation, so please be careful to have a valid deposit. When you make a reservation you will need the following information for your family's site, and for every additional family that you are making reservations for: First and Last Name, Street address, City, State, Zip code, area code and phone number. We ask how many adults, children, and overnight guests will be in each site, the date you plan to arrive, your departure date, pets? if yes what kind?. We ask what type of camping unit you will have: tent, pop-up, travel trailer, etc. also, do you have air conditioning or microwave? If so, you will need to reserve a 30 amp minimum campsite. Please, don't try to save money by getting a low amperage campsite, it won't be worth the hassle to you and your neighbors. If you have 2 air conditioners, you want a 50 amp campsite. Be aware that generators are not allowed to run in the park. |
