Deposits & Refunds

Reservations cannot be placed without payment in full. Credit cards will be posted to your account at the time the reservation is made. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Cash. Cash is only accepted for reservations made in person at the time of reservation. We DO NOT accept checks- no exceptions!

  • A deposit will be refunded less a $15 service charge,if the cancellation is made before 11:00AM CDT, 7 days prior to check-in. In other words, for a Friday check-in, you must cancel by 11:00AM on the prior Friday to receive a refund.
  • There are no refunds for late cancellations or weather conditions.
  • All time references are to Central Daylight Savings Time. Holiday weekends include Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day. Holiday weekends require 3-night minimum reservations and payment in full.
  • ALL refunds are sent by check in the mail. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to process. No cash refunds! Deposits are non-transferable to another party. Group refunds will be made payable to the person who made the original reservations.
